Precious Pisces asked:
I know that I may have to some cavities filled even maybe a root canal. However, I’m terrified of needles. It just seem so unnatural to be injected in the mouth. So I’m looking for a dentist that performs oral sedation. I just hope I don’t feel a thing.
I mean the pill.

By Oral Sedation I assume you mean, Nitrous AKA “Laughing Gas”
With Laughing Gas it just makes you more relaxed and at easy, kind of like smoking weed but a lot safer and a lot more effective. Laughing gas only is used so that you relax and they can give you the shot, you will still feel pain, but you necessarily don’t care about it. The shots do feel kind of weird and yes it is unnatural to be injected, but the same goes with any kind of shot or pill. If you can brave through it i would say don’t use the laughing gas, but if not its perfectly fine, either way you will still get the shot.

I haven’t personally, but i did take my partner about 2 weeks ago! It seemed to work pretty well for him, he doesn’t remember the needle going in his mouth (that’s the bit he really hates!).
There are different types of sedation, there is one that requires an needle in your arm- so that probably wouldn’t be great for you! There is also sedation via inhalation as well as orally - some may work better than others.
